It was created as a response to the fast-paced, high-pressure approach to fitness — offering something slower, more connected, and deeply personal.
Here, movement is not about keeping up.
It’s about coming back to yourself.

Studio Ivayah is built around the Lagree method — a high-intensity, low-impact form of training performed on the Microformer.
Lagree focuses on slow, controlled movement, constant tension, and deep muscle engagement to build strength, endurance, and stability without placing stress on the joints.
But beyond the physical, it teaches something deeper:
Control.
Patience.
Presence.
Each movement is intentional, allowing you to strengthen not just your body, but your connection to it.

Your First Session

Lagree is a high-intensity, low-impact method performed on a machine called the Microformer.
It focuses on slow, controlled movement, constant tension, and deep muscle engagement to build strength, endurance, and stability without placing stress on the joints.
Rather than fast repetitions, Lagree is about precision, control, and time under tension.

Your session is fully private and designed around you.
You’ll be guided through the Microformer at a pace that feels supportive, focusing on form, alignment, and controlled movement. No prior experience is needed.
You may feel challenged, but you’ll never feel rushed.

Studio Ivayah is designed to meet you exactly where you are. Each session is adapted to your level, allowing you to build confidence and strength over time.
This is a space where you’re allowed to learn without pressure.

Wear comfortable, activewear that allows you to move freely.
Grip socks are a must for stability and safety. If you don’t have a pair yet, we will have some available for purchase when you arrive.
Bring water and come as you are — everything else will be taken care of.
