A bit more of a vulnerable post here. 🤍 When I got @lagreefitness certified, I was so excited to introduce the method to my friends and family and begin building the community I’ve always dreamed of and in the midst of all the excitement… it’s safe to say I got a little ahead of myself. 😅 (like having an entire booking website before my home studio was even ready ahead of myself 🤦🏽‍♀️) I kept going back and forth between sharing this process publicly or waiting until everything was “perfect” and complete. this event felt like a glimpse of the future. 🥹🌿 Being surrounded by such fun loving women while moving our bodies, sharing laughter, and appreciating the beauty of creations of life (maybe not so much what was coming out of them 😅) is a true testament to what Studio Ivayah represents.
